Moughrabieh is the Lebanese equivalent of couscous and sometimes referred to a Pearl couscous due to its large pearl shaped appearance. Moughrabieh is a traditional dish in Lebanon and can be made with both lamb shanks and chicken. Nowadays Mougrabieh is being experimented with by many of the leading chefs and is found on many menus of the world’s top restaurants.

Delivery Cut Off Time : Orders must be placed before Midday (12.00pm) Wednesday each week and delivery will be made on Friday of the same week. If your order is placed after Midday Wednesday (12.00pm), it will be delivered the following Friday. More Shipping options coming soon.
