We are a London, family-owned small business, dedicated to sourcing, manufacturing and supplying the highest quality Mediterranean fresh roasted nuts, Mediterranean dips and cheeses, fresh meats and chicken, Legumes and Grains, Health Foods, Confectionery, Snack Foods and herbs and Spices and much more. We deliver direct to your door, fresh kafta mince, kebab skewers, diced lamb and chicken breast, just to name a few.

Maysam is the passionate creator of ‘Mediterranean Food’, primarily an online Mediterranean grocery store that delivers to your door.
Upon moving to London from Manchester, 4 years ago Maysam and her family quickly learnt that there was not much availability of Middle Eastern cuisine in the way of restaurants, take-aways, groceries and products. More importantly there where literally no Middle Eastern grocery store or bakery servicing the entire London, Birmingham, Manchester, Liverpool and further to the Northern of England.
Maysam, being an active mum in the community, soon had her realisations confirmed through certain online mothers’ groups and continual friendly locals stating the same facts.
Whenever Maysam's family would visit from Manchester to London, Maysam had to ask them to cart along a tone of Mediterranean groceries and fresh Mediterranean bread for her family. Maysam's investigations indicated that there were many families living along the Central to North Coast getting by in the same way she was. Not only that, but many people also simply love Middle Eastern foods and grocery and were patiently waiting for someone to open up shop near them.
Our fascination for delicious Mediterranean flavours, distinctive aromas, exotic tastes and unique textures are what drive us, along with our commitment to outstanding quality and service.
Our team has been bringing you our extensive array of Mediterranean grocery and Mediterranean products since 2020. With over 18 years’ combined experience in the industry, we are ready and willing to share our knowledge and passion for food, and all things Mediterranean with you!

We at Maysam Mediterranean Food, pride ourselves on prioritising UK made fresh products used in manufacturing Mediterranean cuisine and supporting local England farmers. We also have daily concern with the ongoing current situation in Lebanon and the Middle East, therefore we are trying to expand our product range to incorporate as many imported dry goods and products to assist on ground level. We also carefully select the finest ingredients from all over the world. Our product lines are vast so if there are products you cannot see on our site then just ask!
Through ‘Mediterranean Food’ Maysam also provides a health food, Mediterranean lifestyle blog. Maysam also shares delicious Mediterranean recipes, jokes, music and even interesting facts about Lebanon. Also available on ‘Maysam Mediterranean Food’ site is an array of Mediterranean DVD’S, music, religious items, homewares, Tumbaki drums, traditional folk games, merchandise and apparel and let’s not forget the Argilli.
By emphasis all things Mediterranean and by specialising in all Mediterranean grocery types, Maysam has built a growing audience of loyal door to door customers who crave authentic Mediterranean food and products for their families along with friendly service as customers turn into friends.
Maysam has been hands on in working feverishly on her website… “I had many inspiring comments sent in to me, when the business was 1st established and ordering was via a simple spread sheet on Facebook. One popular comment I received time and time again was from non-Arabic customers (believe it or not), stating “if only you had a description and photos of products and groceries I’d buy more!” So, I have built a website that’s easy to navigate, full of in-depth product descriptions, loads of photos and even a ‘What is this product?’ clickable description.”
Maysam is a personal trainer and model who also once walked the limelight at the Mediterranean and Lebanon beauty pageants as runner up. Maysam has a long history of creating successful start-up companies and business under her portfolio. Maysam was director of Everpure Health for over 11 years, one of England’s innovative and most respected natural healing products distributer nationally and internationally.
Maysam has appeared on TV and been featured in various publications as well as writing her own blogs content which appear on her sites.
Maysam has a passion for helping others reach similar goals in their lives and has mentored many successful entrepreneurs.
